Marketing Coordinator

HpO is a functional sparkling protein water. We're looking for a marketing coordinator to help run our day-to-day marketing — campaigns, email, content, and on-site — and keep everything organized and moving.

What you'll do

Keep our marketing running, day to day.

You'll coordinate and run HpO's marketing across email, content, on-site, and campaigns — keeping the calendar moving, shipping assets on brand and on time, and making sure nothing slips. You'll start focused on a couple of areas and take on more as you settle in.

Our marketing runs on HQ — our team's operating system — alongside a set of in-house tools for email, on-site, content, and campaigns. We prefer candidates who've used HQ, so tell us about your experience with it in your application. If you haven't used it but you're a sharp coordinator who picks up new tools quickly, we still want to hear from you.

  • An exceptional communicator. Clear, concise, and sharp — especially in writing.

  • Plugged into the US DTC community. You know the brands, the people, and what's working right now.
  • 4+ hours of daily overlap with US Pacific hours. So we can work together day to day.
